All orders ship within 1 to 3 Business Days for items that are in stock physically in the boutique. For items in one of our warehouse locations, they will ship between 3 to 10 days.  We will provide tracking. If it is stated that item is a pre-order, an estimated date of arrival will be listed on the product page. 

PLEASE NOTE we do source some of our treasures from amazing artisans that live all over the country who may be shipping directly to you, so please take note that shipping and fulfillment times can vary. This will always be listed on the product page under description for your reference. 

**Certain styles and/or sizes are PREORDERED after purchase is confirmed- for items and/or sizes that are PREORDER please refer to product page for estimated time of arrival. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@thewyldwillow.com immediately for a return authorization.  All returns must be received back within 7 days of receipt of product to be determined location via return authorization.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Bodysuits,  Swimsuits and intimate items such as bralettes, Jewelry,  Made to order items,  Edibles are also non returnable. 

And all SALE items are final sale and non returnable.

As soon as we receive your return in acceptable condition, we will issue you a store credit.
